Pmove International Spotlight:
Name: Tony-Marcel of Emerge Clothing

Location:
Bergen, Norway The significance of the name Emerge:
The name Emerge represents a seed(idea) growing
into something big. About the Emerge
Clothing : The Emerge clothing line is currently in development.
The designs range from true hip hop to street/urban wear. The
staff includes 4 designers. A graphic designer focuses on the
hip hop stuff while the other three concentrate more on the urban
designs. The line has designs for both men and women and
includes T shirts, tops, jackets, caps, hoodies and sweaters with
more items and accessories coming soon. Emerge's major competitors
in Norway's market are LRG and INI (a Norwegian brand).
About the Norwegian hip hop scene:
The hip hop sc ene
in Norway is growing and gaining visibility both in the media and in
the streets. A new television and radio channel called
"The Voice of Hip Hop and RnB" is bringing hip hop to light.
You can also catch young g's out in the streets with a bandanna
around their neck, hat tilted to the side and a spliff
blazing. The influence of U.S. artists like Snoop Dogg, 50
Cent and Game is definitely present.
On his involvement in the hip hop scene:
I live and breath hip hop. Emerge Clothing has gotten me connected
with people all around the world. Music brings people together.
I'm currently working on a mixtape called "Emerge Presents 2 You-The
World Collabo" that features artists from San Francisco,
Montreal, Detroit, Netherlands and Texas. My goal for this
tape is to bring people together to help each other come up.
Influences: Eminem, KRS
One, Busta Rhymes , Dr.Dre, Gangsta rr
, The Cure ( for being the best band to ever surface on this planet)
, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Ice Cube, 2Pac, Lupe Fiasco, Snoop Dogg,Will
Smith and Jazzy Jeff ( Will Smith really doesn’t deserve all that
dissin'), Fugees, Jay Z, Notorious BIG, The Roots, Blackstarr,Wu-Tang
Clan and Kanye West. Lately I’ve been inspired by the artists I’m
involved with, especially Mc Eternal and Mixwell. Their lyrics gives
me a boost of energy and a hope that they will succeed big
time. Working with:
I'm working with the king of Detroit , soon to conquer the world
hopefully, The 10 (ha,ha!), Mc Eternal, Mixwell, Clay, Delario, Paul
Bernard, Phatcutz, TQ, Akeron, TonnaBrix, Mom’s Rebels,Tor,
Intellectual Puppets, Amplivibes and ESP, Key, Kingsley, Haisam and

Dj NastyKutt working with El Axel and Pass IT will lay some cuts on
the tape as well. Im still waiting on tracks from Devin the Dude,

For all my grown folks who know of my
